- We collect an email address and a password in order to create an account. You need to provide us with your email address if you want to create a PRODUCT account. That’s just so you can log in and personalize your new account, and we can send you receipts, updates (opt-in) or other essential information (opt-in).
- We create a persistent first-party cookie that is stored on your computer to remember you’re logged
in.
If you log in to your PRODUCT account, you give us permission to use cookies so you don’t have to
log in
on each returning session. This makes it easier for you to use our product. A cookie is a piece of
text
stored by your browser. You can adjust cookie retention settings in your own browser. Cookies that
are
already stored may be deleted at any time.

If you decide to convert a video to a doc:
- we store your video on the aforementioned server for the time of the processing (usually a few minutes). After that, the video is deleted.
- we store the resulting audio transcription (text), video screenshots (images), pdf and html document on the aforementioned server until you decide to delete them.
- We use OpenAI in order to:
- convert the audio from your uploaded video to text,
- rephrase and structure the text extracted from the audio of your video into a documentation ready text.
- We use Stripe in order to:
- to process your payment if you decide to purchase a video conversion ticket. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- We use Sendpulse in order to:
- send you transactional emails with confirmation of your purchases and forgotten password recovery process emails. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- When you write to us with a question or to ask for help. We keep that correspondence, which includes the email address, so that we have a history of past correspondences to reference if you reach out in the future. We use this data solely in connection with answering the queries we receive.
How we store your data
Our Company securely stores your data one AWS servers (EC2 and S3) in the Frankfurt, Germany region. This
ensures that all of the site data is being
covered by the European Union’s strict laws on data privacy.

Our Company will keep:
- your email address and password for the time of your account existence.
- Your order's information will be kept for 10 years or until the company cease to exist legal complicance.
- the video you uploaded for the time of the processing (usually a few minutes).
